Shop and earn points 

For every $10 you spend in-store and online you earn 1 point. Once you’ve earned 10 points you’ll receive an email with a 10% off voucher to use on your next purchase in- store.

Share your unique URL with family and friends to invite them to become member. When they join the EmpowerME Loyalty Program, they get $5 off their first purchase (minimum $25 spend). To say “Thanks!” for sharing the love, you’ll get a bonus 5 points when they make their first purchase.

Free Coffee on your Birthday
Enjoy a free coffee on us on your birthday. We'll send you a voucher on your birthday to redeem your free coffee. That is if you've given us your birth date in store or added it to your profile in the online portal.

Exclusive member discounts on weekly specials and promotions

Each week we’ll notify you via email of specials or promotions exclusive to members on products in-store. So be sure to “white list” our email address “shop@empowerwholefoods.com.au”

Priority access to workshops and in-store events

When we have an upcoming event, we’ll give our members 24 hours to book in before we advertise to the general public. As a small store, we have limited spots for workshops and we want you to have first dibs.

How Do I Join the EmpowerME Loyalty Program?

What products am I eligible to get discounts on?

**Everything….except coffee bar items, bread, milk, eggs, meat and Loco Love. Why? To keep prices low, the margin on these items is already very small and we need to pay our rent and suppliers so we can keep the good stuff coming your way!

Will I earn loyalty points when I shop online?

*Yes! Absolutely!

How do I check my loyalty points balance?

Once you’ve earned points from a purchase or unlocked a reward, you ‘ll receive a Rewards Notification email. Simply click on the “Show Rewards” button. This will show you your points balances and available rewards.

You can also check your rewards by clicking on the link at the bottom of our weekly newsletters.

How do I use my rewards?

When you have enough points to unlock a reward, we’ll let you know when you’re checking out.

Terms and Conditions

1. Empower Wholefoods reserves the right to modify or cancel vouchers at any time.

2. Vouchers can only be redeemed once.

3. If you return any of the items purchased with a voucher, the voucher discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

4. Points cannot be combined with any other promotion. 

5. Unused coupons expire after 6 months.

6. Your point balance and any vouchers you redeem through EmpowerMe Loyalty program are not transferable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Loyalty points are not awarded on sales where a loyalty discount is applied.

8. Joining the EmpowerME Loyalty Program will be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
